According to Techno Rebels, he was responsible for the first locked groove on a techno record, and was a big proponent of other weird vinyl tricks (two grooves on the same side like this UR record) He will be missed. This is the last Hydrogen Economy for a month! The show on the 18th will be covered by Saul, from Thursday night’s 10PM slot (aka Fats Superhead and the 68 Year Old Man). Thanks Saul! 09:58PM Mark Chambers “Winter Nocturne” from “Tweak” on New Tertian And here is the 2007 review playlist and recording, after a brief Christmastime prelude. 10:00PM Juan Atkins “Snowflakes Falling (Movement II)” from “Christmas Eclectic” on Burn and Shiver |
